Powder River Coal Company - North Antelope Rochelle Mine
The largest surface coal mine in North America, North Antelope Rochelle utilizes a 650,000 gallon tank to store diesel fuel delivered by their supplier. A local fuel contractor fills its trucks from the primary tank and delivers the fuel to nine different Mobile Fueling Depots located in various areas on the mine site. FlowTech constructed the fuel delivery/ filling stations at the primary tank as well as all nine Mobile Fueling Depots.

Powder River Coal Company - Rawhide Mine
A surface coal mine located in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, Rawhide is in the process of updating its fueling facilities to meet the challenges of tougher environmental policies and higher fueling costs. FlowTech constructed a new light vehicle fueling station consisting of one 12,000 gallon double wall on-road diesel tank and one 12,000 gallon double wall gasoline tank. Both tanks are equipped with an overflow protection system and a new fuel dispenser monitored with one card/ keypad enabled fuel security system.
Alpha Coal West - Belle Ayr Mine
FlowTech constructed this fully enclosed steel building on a 20'x30' skid with a 1000 gallon containment sump recessed in to the floor. This building can be moved for one location to the next. It includes one walk in door, one 10' overhead door. A flow switch was installed to trigger an audible/visible alarm if liquid is present in the sump. The mine uses the building to provided heated and fully contained storage for lube oils and 55 gallon drums.

Powder River Coal Company - Caballo Mine
Located just south of Gillette in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, Caballo mine is utilizing four Mobile Fueling Depots to increase diesel storage capacity and reduce the inefficiencies associated with using a permanent fueling facility. The 60K Mobile Fueling Units are centrally located on the two main haul roads while the 20K Depots are located on a truck dump and a dozer push down area. Each Depots is completely self sufficient with a double wall fuel tank, generator, fuel filtration system and the LAS Automated Fuel Management System.
